Biography
A medical graduate from Karnataka Medical College at Hubli, Dr Haldipurkar completed his post-graduation in Ophthalmology from Mumbai. In 1989, he travelled to Japan for his Fellowship in Anterior Segment Surgeries under Dr Akira Momose and subsequently, to Germany for a Fellowship in Advanced Cataract Surgery and Phacoemulsification under Dr Fredrick Rentsch. Dr Haldipurkar has also undergone intensive training in Refractive Surgery in the USA.
Dr Haldipurkar is an active participant and contributor to ophthalmic discussions globally and has numerous scientific papers, posters and surgical videos to his credit. Because of his experience and outstanding surgery skills, he is known as the most talented and experienced eye specialist in Panvel, Dombivli, Kharghar & Even in India.
