She underwent advanced fellowship training in Vitreo-Retina at the renowned Aravind Eye Hospital, Chennai, where she gained comprehensive expertise in intravitreal injections, retinal laser treatments, and a wide range of retinal surgeries.
Prior to joining our team, Dr. Lobo worked as a Consultant Vitreo-Retina Surgeon at several leading hospitals in Goa, providing specialized care for patients with retinal diseases.
Her clinical interests include the diagnosis and management of diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, retinal detachments, and other complex retinal conditions.
Dr. Simonne Lobo is also actively involved in academic research and has published multiple articles in reputed peer-reviewed medical journals.
