- Ms. Rupam Mhatre is a Clinical Optometrist at Laxmi Eye Institute and has been associated with the institute since 2022.She currently serves as a Clinical and Pediatric Optometrist and is responsible for managing the Vision Therapy Department.
- At the institute, specialized Vision Therapy services are provided for binocular vision disorders, pediatric vision problems, neuro-vision rehabilitation, and various visual performance issues. She guides patients in vision therapy programs and visual rehabilitation tailored to individual needs.

Biography
Ms. Rupam Mhatre is a graduate of Laxmi College of Optometry, Panvel, and completed her Master’s degree from ITM Institute of Health Sciences, Panvel. She received her clinical training at Laxmi Eye Institute, Panvel. She has attended multiple conferences related to Vision Therapy and Orthoptics and has also completed a Vision Therapy Primer Course and Binocular Vision training in Bangalore (May 2025) to further strengthen her expertise.
She was previously associated as a Clinical Optometrist at Advanced Eye Hospital, Vashi (Navi Mumbai) and Nair Eye Hospital, New Panvel (Navi Mumbai).
