• Mr. Soumik Dey is a graduate in Optometry fromNSHM Knowledge Campus, Durgapur. He then trained at the Aditya Jyot Eye Institute, Mumbai.
• He has attended many training programs and conferences related to contact lens, low vision, and sports injuries.
• Mr. Dey has been associated with Laxmi Eye Institute since 2008. He is currently a clinical optometrist and his areas of interest are sports vision, paedriatic optometry and orthoptics. He is also a lecturer at Laxmi College of Optometry and heading the Low Vision Aids department.
